Services

Abode Pest Solutions provides residential, commercial, and specialty pest control services including (but not limited to) general pest management, termite treatment, bed bug remediation, rodent control, wildlife removal, and lawn and ornamental pest services. All services are performed by trained, licensed technicians in accordance with applicable Florida regulations and industry best practices.

Service Agreements

When you schedule a service with Abode Pest Solutions, you enter into a service agreement subject to the terms outlined at the time of booking. Specific treatment plans, pricing, service frequency, and warranty or guarantee terms will be detailed in your individual service agreement or proposal. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed service agreement, the service agreement will take precedence.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide our technicians with safe, reasonable access to your property at the scheduled service time. This includes clearing obstructions from treatment areas, securing pets, and informing us of any known hazards on the property. If our technician is unable to access the property or treatment area at the scheduled time, a rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply as outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation and refund policies for recurring service plans are detailed in the applicable service agreement.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are subject to the scope of work described at the time of the estimate. Additional treatment may be recommended upon inspection, and any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.

Warranties and Guarantees

Certain services may include a limited warranty or satisfaction guarantee as described in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by service type and are contingent upon your compliance with any preparation instructions, follow-up recommendations, and access requirements provided by our team. Warranties do not cover re-infestation caused by new introduction of pests, structural deficiencies not addressed by the property owner, or failure to follow recommended preparation and maintenance guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Abode Pest Solutions will perform all services with professional care and in accordance with Florida pest control regulations. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, mold, moisture issues, or conditions unrelated to pest activity.
  • Pest control treatments involve the use of regulated products. While we follow all label directions and safety protocols, individual sensitivities to products may vary. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known chemical sensitivities, allergies, or health conditions prior to treatment.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:

  • Follow all preparation instructions provided before treatment.
  • Comply with any post-treatment guidelines, including vacating the premises for the recommended duration when applicable.
  • Report any ongoing pest activity promptly so we can take corrective action within the scope of your warranty or service plan.
  • Maintain the property in a manner that does not promote pest activity, including addressing moisture issues, sanitation concerns, and structural repairs.

Property Authorization

By scheduling service, you represent that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to permit pest control treatment on the premises. You accept responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions from landlords, property managers, or homeowner associations prior to service.
