About

Abode Pest Solutions was born from a simple belief: your home should be the one place where you feel completely safe and comfortable. Founded in 2009 by Marcus Webb, a Florida-licensed pest control operator with roots in Seminole County, we started from Sanford with a single truck and a commitment to doing pest control the right way – thorough inspections, honest assessments, and treatments that actually solve the problem rather than mask it.

In the beginning, our focus was residential pest control. Florida homeowners were tired of cookie-cutter spray-and-pray services that brought temporary relief but never addressed the root cause. We took a different approach. Every job started with a detailed inspection, followed by a customized treatment plan built around the specific pest pressures on that property. No upselling. No unnecessary callbacks. Just results – delivered through Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles that address root causes, not just symptoms.

Word spread quickly. Neighbors told neighbors. One satisfied customer led to five referrals. By 2014, we had treated over 1,500 properties across Seminole and Orange counties. That early reputation for reliability and straight talk became the foundation everything else was built on.

From a single home to an entire commercial portfolio – we have the expertise and the integrity.

Through every phase of growth, the core of who we are has stayed the same. We are still a team of licensed, insured professionals (FDACS License #JB199300 | $2M liability coverage) who would rather lose a sale than recommend a service you don’t need. We still answer the phone when you call. We still show up on time. And we still stand behind every treatment with our 90-day re-treatment guarantee – if pests return within 90 days, we come back at no additional cost.

Florida’s climate means pests are a year-round reality. Humidity, warmth, and lush vegetation create ideal conditions for everything from subterranean termites to German cockroaches to roof rats. Living here means accepting that pest pressure is constant – but it also means choosing a partner who understands these conditions at a local level, not from a corporate playbook written for another state.

That’s who we are. Abode Pest Solutions – protecting Florida homes and businesses, one property at a time. Proud member of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA). BBB A+ Accredited. GreenPro Certified. Rated 4.9 stars across 312+ Google reviews.
